The sixteen-acre Lake Katharine was the most prominent feature of the Reynolda landscape when the Reynolds family moved here in 1917. As aesthetic highlight, irrigation source, and recreation outlet, the lake held a central role in the daily life of those who lived and worked at Reynolda.
The ninth annual Cinema Under the Stars promises strange encounters in city, surf, and outer space. Scream along to creature features Jaws and Close Encounters of the Third Kind and sing along to inhumanly entertaining musicals Cabaret and An American in Paris. Films are shown on the front lawn.
